I highly recommend that you try straight from Texas BBQ. My daughter and I got the chicken with macaroni and green beans. The... chicken was cooked perfectly. The macaroni was cheesy and the green beans tasted great. It was overly delicious. Everyone is sokind there. I got to talk to the owner tonight. Midwesterner visiting? this place is delightful. The chicken was so juicy, the brisket was perfect. Three varieties of BBQ sauce... - the sweet was phenomenal. The lean brisket was dry but the moist was good. The cut of beef had large marbling so that took away a good amount of what you... got for your money. The sauce was phenomenal and even made the dry lean taste great. Pretty decent and actually Texas bbq. The BBQ here is delicious and the brisket is my favorite. I always get the more lean slice which is what I recommend if your not... into too much fat. But the little bit of fat I did get on my brisket was actually very good as well! Surprisingly it was anexcellent plate! I look forward to coming back here every month! Read more
