We tend to frequent this subway, however tonight was awful, I asked for my usual wrap, however the chicken that was supposed to... be warmed up is actually ice cold, the wrap itself was put together to haphazardly that EVERYTHING came falling out of it andit's actually not even edible because of the way it was cut (half cut) and wrapped. The people who work there are friendly and do a good job when ordering in person. Online ordering for in-store pickup is... difficult, orders are sometimes made incorrectly or the special instructions aren?t followed. Read more
No Stars if possible. The subway in Richmond is dirty and gross, the employee is not wearing gloves, cross contamination and the... 2 female employees took sodas and refused to wear masks in the store, but telling customers to wear them.... check your camerasif you don't believe me. Food Was pretty good ????. .. the person Waiting on me Was talking so much ????.. they didn't make My sub The way I ordered it.... . And it had twice the Mayo dressing I ordered... So when I got home and opened the wrapping, my sub roll was Mushy ???? and ..EVERY THING fell through the bottom of the roll!!! Normally my food and Service is not that bad....
