Spent $60+ on pizza because jets are usually the best pizza around. Not this time, wasn't worth it. Wasn't what I ordered at... all. The pizzas were over cooked and cold. Paid extra for topping on 2 pizzas. The first pizza had only one topping (not evenwhat I ordered) and the second only had a couple pieces with the extra toppings. Asked for NO black olives on salad!!! Therewere so many black olives on the salad you couldn't even see the lettuce. I guess it's a lesson learned about Richmond Jets. Ohand they were not understaffed that night. There were at least 6-8 employees in the back. No reason for any of this!!! Read more
Got the wrong pizza. Took over an hour. Nikki was the delivery driver and decided to leave in on the porch without knocking or... ringing the doorbell so it was cold. The worst place to get pizza delivered. Won?t be getting anymore which is verydisappointing because I?ve ordered there multiple times and never had so many issues. Terrible driver. Recommend jet?s probablyfires the antisocial delivery driver who doesn?t want to knock or ring doorbells. Oh also when I called to ask where the heck mypizza was the kid who answered said they tried to call me multiple times yet here I am with no missed calls. FUNNY HUH. Read more
This past Sunday, 12/5/21, I placed a online order with Jet's Pizza in Richmond. My order was $78. It arrived an hour after I... placed the order and the 2 pizza's were cold. They forgot the Antipasta Salad I ordered, he brought that a half hour later . Ihave picked up orders at that store several time with no problems. Very disappointed with this experience and I won't berequesting to have an order delivered again. Read more
