Can you really call it fast food if you're waiting 15+ minutes to get your food?
Moved to Richmond 2 weeks ago, been to this restaurant 3 times. Every time, my quarter pouder w cheese was correct, juicy and... hot. I'm picky as former cook. I had stopped eating at fast food cuz quality and price but this restaurant restored myfavorites. I can deal with price if food is hot and done correctly. ???? Read more

Slight mix up with order, one burger right, the other wasn't which is trouble some for people with food allergies. Mistake on... small cone, was given a small coke. However, we received the coke, and the cone which was awesome. They were very sincere. Staffat window two to pick up order we're amazing and very friendly. Window one taking orders from drive-thru; did feel a littlerushed. This was not a lunch hour they were hardly any cars in the takeout line. Read more

Review on the Richmond Mi Mcdonald?s. 12/5/22. I?m absolutely disappointed with the Richmond McDonald?s the last couple days.... I?ve been eating here for years and know some people that work here. Lately during the night around 5:00 to 7:00 when I come toeat around that time this location has huge problems with there drive-thru. Today it?s getting close to it and I might notreturn for a while. Been in line for about 15 or 20 mins it moved once there wrapped around the building no parking lot lightson and there losing costumers because there slow at night I understand there?s a shortage on employees but that doesn?t mean theemployees they do have sit around on there phones not working when they?re wrapped around. The employees are friendly and I givecredit to the people I know that work here but the rest need to step it up. When we got up to the drive-thru window we waited 5mins till are food came and my fries were lukewarm. The two stars goes to the people I know that work here and on how the shakewas because it was good. Read more
