never had issues with this place, they've always been a little shovey at getting items out of the window and getting you out of... the drive thru - but my last three visits were awful. i've always used the mobile app because i know my order is rung upcorrectly, but my last three visits there's been some kind of issue with every order i placed. they charged me, i had thereceipts, and luckily 2/3 times they "miraculously" found my order, but the experience i had today was honestly it for me as faras the richmond TH goes. cashier said over the speaker my order didn't exist and asked if it was the right store - it was, andit was placed for DT pickup like it's supposed to be as their lobby has been closed for months. she was incredibly rude at thewindow when i was trying to figure out why it wasn't there, because i'd been charged. she said there was "nothing she could do"until i asked about receiving a refund, then she had a change of heart and made my food that was on my phone as i suggestedbeforehand. i work in fast food with an app similar to the TH app (charges before you physically pick it up), but at least oursworks. there is no way to cancel an order after it's been placed, you can't request a refund in the app, etc. at the veryleast, workers should be amicable to customers' situations when these errors occur. she went as far to say to just not usemobile app because it's "an issue on my end", even though i never had problems with it until this past week - and every othertime they were able to find my order. i'm just going to avoid this location altogether. incredibly rude and poor customerservice. if someone has placed a mobile order, has a receipt, and has been charged - they are a paying customer. treat them likeone next time. I am not one to leave online reviews but the staff at this location are extremely rude!!! This is a time and time again... experience at the drive through same women everytime but after todays encounter I can say I will NEVER be returning!! Read more

Staff here are very unprofessional and mean and not to mention when you go to place your order you have to actually scream for... them to hear you. When I receive my order half of the time it?s wrong and they just tell you ?that?s what you ordered? insteadof fixing it. Ordered 2 iced capp supremes when I get to the window they tell me I ordered only one and that I'd have to go to the back of the... line to get the rest of the order, there's six people on headsets and not one of them got the very simple order correct. Onlywent there because McDonald's frappe machine was down tbh. I Colby Peace did confront the employees and in my opinion theyhandled their customer complaint as efficiently and effectively as they handled my order. Read more

Used to stop here in the morning. Woman on the mic and at the window is very annoying and rude. If she could be silent and... listen to an order then ask questions, if she still doesn't understand, that would be nice. That's what everyone else does.Interrupting everyone with her lethargic and slightly impatient voice is likely a large loss of business for this location. Allmy friends agree. I'll be stopping at a local coffee shop from now on and encouraging my friends and family to avoid thislocation Sunday mornings. RIP Read more

The lady in drive thru that took our order was rude as all heck!! Then she handed us hot coffee with no sleeves. And when we... ordered a box of coffee she told us we have to wait a half hour. We have been to many Tim Hortons and have never had a problemor been so disrespected. Read more
