WAITING. Ridiculous. I've come up here 3 time's over the span of 2 years, 30 min wait each time... ON THE INSIDE. The bathroom... is horrible, the one urinal has not been cleaned, the toilet stall latch is broken, the toilet itself... I don't even wanna gointo it. The problem is they have been understaffed for quite some time, but the employees while courteous and respectful haveyet to get mine or my family's order right. Unless the staffing problem is fixed, DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. I hope I can go back nextyear or 6 months from now and have a better experience. Read more
Every time I come here it takes about 30 minutes (or more) to go through the drive through. Most of the time they have me pull... around front and wait for the food. They often have the doors locked and the inside closed. Finally, the orders are always wrongor are missing items. Read more
Normally I get good food in a decent amount of time, unfortunately this time the crack head cooking in the back that looked like... she was more worried about finding a crumb on the floor, wasnt smart enough to make my fries when they made my chicken. Needlessto say 20 minutes later the crack head decided to start cleaning instead of finishing my food. The food was good, but the dining room was disgusting. I'm tired of staff shortage excuses, when the staff that is there is on... their phones or take their sweet time at any task they do. I feel since the dining room was shut down for so long, they forgothow to clean it. There was only two "clean" tables, but they weren't clean either due to the tables and chairs being sticky andlooking like they were wiped down with a greasy cloth. Read more

Staff were polite and professional. Food was average for a taco bell. The chalupa was hard like it had been sitting out for a... while. No app available for this store. The floors were clean. Easy to access location. Read more
Has to be one of the worst experiences . Had me pull out front said food would be right out. After waiting 20 mins the food... never came I went in and they hadn't even started the order and the restaurant was filthy. Employees taking food to other carsbad not changing gloves after and going back to preparing food. Guy inside running his hands in the upper exhaust or fryers andtouching food with same gloves.. can't honestly believe it! Would never go back. I mean should have knows if the windows arethat dirty that inside had to be bad to.. flat out nasty and u people are going to make someone sick!!!! Read more
