Always looks closed and ridiculously long lines whenever I drive past; looks like my earlier concerns have only gotten worse. I... wonder if this location will eventually close down because this cannot be sustainable for the franchise or thebrand. ********** This used to be my junk food restaurant of choice; especially the Impossible Whopper. However, quality hasgone down lately due to understaffing. I overlooked the incorrect orders, loose lids on drinks (fun experience when driving),and lengthy waits. But things hit rock bottom when I ordered breakfast through the BK app at 10am only to arrive and learn theyno longer serve breakfast at this location due to lack of staff. I was lucky enough to get a refund via the app but won't beback here despite being in the neighborhood. Can't trust they will be able to deliver what I ordered. Read more

Cleaned and organized. But need some more workers as there were only 3 people working inside and long line outside at drive... through. But lady cashier had so much patience and keep smiling while serving to customer. Read more
If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would! Pulled up in my work truck ???? at 7:30am, which the dinning area opens... at 7am. Door was still locked, but there was a employee sitting on top of the counter, on there phone & looking at me standingat the door, & still didn't open the door!! Read more

Not managed very well. My kids love BK and after numerous bad experiences at this location we go the extra few miles to... different location. This one is always short staffed, out of things, dirty or something is always broken. The entire drivethru kiosk was busted last time we were there. Read more
When this location was first opened they would close the doors at 8 oclock and say it was because the staff was short. I stopped... going because I always had terrible service and bad attitudes. I recently gave this location another try because my kids wantedit. The inside was clean and the employees were all nice and welcoming. The soda machine was clean no slime on ice machine andthe food good aside from one complaint. We sat down to eat and the meat was cold in the hamburgers. Other than that the frieswere salted just right and the chicken fries were cooked just right as well. They do now close the lobby at 9 not 8. But I can?tguarantee that lol Read more
They had horrible service! first off they had cold temperature food. Second of all they had no chicken nuggets available, and... was told it was to to late to order chicken fries at the window. They had no ketchup packs so they had to give me a kids cup andfill up ketchup in the cup. Very disappointed. Read more
