I don't know what happened to this Chili's location but they have gone downhill fast. Sat in the bar section, there were two... people at the bar, us at the high top and one other couple who were almost done. The drinks, appetizer and food came out justfine but once that happened we couldn't find a person to get us a refill on our drinks. We had a couple sat behind us, orderedtheir drinks, got them but due to the waitress doing whatever else she was doing instead of taking care of customers, they left. Then she was visibly complaining to her manager about it. They were trying to get her attention for like 25 minutes and itsnot like she left she just wasn't attending to her customers. Read more
Wait staff is less than attentive and it was not even busy. They were more interested in chatting among themselves and hiding... in the kitchen entry nook than waiting on customers. She kept mixing drinks for no one? Not sure who was drinking them thatmay have been part of the problem. This was my second visit to this location and we were not impressed. The first time wetried eating there we were sitting over 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged us so we walked out. They won't be open long. If I was the owner I would be in there daily getting everything straight this is a poorly managed new restaurant sad to see somuch money wasted! Read more
Waited 30 minutes at curbside after checking in, had to call and get put on hold until someone came out. All of that to come... home and see there?s only 5 pieces of carne asada (which I could not chew from how overdone it was) and a hair in the cheese ofmy black beans. I actually wanted to cry from this experience. This chilis used to be a hit or miss, then they got better duringcovid so I started going back, but now it looks like it?s a miss again. I took my family here to have lunch, I'll review it based on 4 categories-- Cleanliness and crowd, price, menu, and... deliciousness of meals. 1. Cleanliness: The place was very clean and since it was in the afternoon, there was no crowd, only afew customers there. I have gone there on a Friday night and it wasn't a good experience. 2: Menu: The good thing about Chili'sis that they have a great assortment of options to pick from in the menu. Everything from seafood to southern style or justplain burger and chicken- they got it. 3: Price: I have realized that Chili's is one of the most affordable restaurants tovisit, not exceptionally cheap (which usually comes with quality compromise), but very affordable. We were 4 people, we all hadfull course meals with drink, and paid about $75 total. 4: Deliciousness: I have always liked eating at Chili's mostly becauseof the deliciousness of their meals. Absolutely terrible service! Ordered 3 appetizers before the main course and server decided to serve us the main course first... without the appetizer. We refused and talked to the manager who was helpful and fixed the mistake. Maybe the manager is good butunfortunately the staff are not trained and they serve you as if it?s Mac Donald?s! We ordered Cajun Chicken pasta and were cold and not oven done properly AT ALL. The server was nice but food wasn?t at all. The... chips they serve shine so much from oil and just doesn?t look eatable at all. The guacamole they serve isn?t fresh mostly frozenand tastes very okay. Appetizer came after entree. New to me Chili's. Had a great experience at the bar. The bartender Jose knew all the people who were seated at the bar and I... could tell they loved him! The experience was awesome! My beverages were cold and tasty! My Buffalo chicken salad was deliciousand exactly how I wanted it. Great experience and I will go back. Read more
Very bad service by the waitress. Manager was very helpful, order cam in wrong but got redone came in when the rest of the... family was done eating. Same waitress was have attitude issue. Feel sorry the manager. Read more
