Went in for ice cream and ordered online. I was the only persone in drive through. They had me wait in drive through 10 min not... exaggerating for my icecream. I watched them put the icecream in the freezer at drive through then kept messing around and thegirl making the ice cream kept coming to drive through to text. After all that they came to window and said they want you tocome in get it. I did not, then they reached in that same cooler and handed me my mostly melted icecream. I don't normally leave bad reviews and up until now this actually had five stars but in recent months the level of service here... has seen as steep decline few months back I would regularly start seeing employees hanging out in the dining area some timeseven laying in the booths. And then tonight in the Drive-Thru it took 30 minutes just to get a sundae. I don't plan on beingback here for a while. Read more
