Never open. Holidays understandable, but other times never open. Don't understand why. Lobby closed too. When a miracle happens... and it's open the workers are really nice and friendly. When it is open I would give 4.5 stars. Read more

Great food! I rated the atmosphere section with 1 star because their dining room is seldom open on a daily basis.
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would! I waited 15mins for curbside that never came. I would have went inside to get my... food but the lobby was closed. No one answered the phone when I called. Just go to the to the location in Brazos Town Center. Read more
I did curbside at this McDonald?s. The order was accurate and service was friendly. My only complaint (and that goes to all... locations) is that the McGriddle has shrunk in size. Nevertheless, the hashbrown is really crispy and tasty! Read more
The employees don't pay attention to customers when they arrive. They continued to talk to each other, pass several times before... coming to take our order. The line in the drive thru had 15+ cars which is why we chose to dine in. Everyone inside wasemployees except the three of us. Four employees were just sitting in the lobby not eating just sitting. Maybe it was break timefor them. I will pass this McDonald's up from now on. Corporate office should be notified of their laziness. Read more
Terrible service and long wait times. This McDonald?s has limited hours and is nearly always understaffed. I?m currently waiting... outside for an order of fries and apple pies only. Been here for half an hour even though I ordered on my phone and ahead oftime. After waiting half an hour was given stale fries. See picture. The staff member was in the car with his girlfriend thewhole time and only went in when I approached him. He did replace the fries but only after I politely and firmly asked. Worst mc Donald?s in the Richmond sugar land area. Cold food. They close when they want half the time. Never any ice cream.... Always have to wait extremely long for even the smallest orders. Would not recommend. I?ll eat gas station food before I eathere again. Read more
