Best pizza experience I have had and I wondered about some of these reviews bc when you click on them the majority of these ppl... are unhappy wherever they go or whatever they do idk ? I love the pizza here because it make it real good just the way you want it compared to other pizza places and the condiments... that they give are for free not compared to other places that charge you, as for the service it was simple and fast and eventhough the people look exhausted they were friendly at the same time. This was our first time ordering from this location and we were a little skeptical based on the reviews. Order was placed online... and delivered within a reasonable time frame. We were pleasantly surprised that order was 100% correct and pizza looked andtasted delicious. We will definitely be ordering from this location in the near future, hope they continue to provide us withthe same quality service and food each time. Read more

The other reviews seem about on par. Placed online order at 5:58 PM. Said it was 100 min wait for delivery. Called dominoes in... meantime and they said it was 15 for carry out. Called papa John?s back at 6:14 PM to cancel my order. Lady on phone said yourpizza is in the oven right now. Great no worries I?ll wait. Pizza arrived at my door 7:44 PM. I called at 7:23 PM to inquireagain and was told it was out for delivery but the driver has many stops. Pizza wasn?t even warm I had to put in the microwave.No even worth contacting manager as it is a hassle and waste of time. I just won?t order from this location again. You lost mybusiness. Read more

So I ordered online due to us getting a coupon in the mail. I tried the code and it didn?t work, So i called the store to see if... they can redeem them. Ended up finally reaching the manager and i told him about the coupon i received. He stated oh this won?twork at our location cause university location is your zip. I said why is my gpa showing y?all are closer. Anyways he didn?taccept any coupons so i just ordered what i did. I called to confirm to make it ready by 7pm. We arrived and the pizza want evenstarted. We got there at 7:00 sharp. Place was very very very dirty staff was all sweating and just looking at them wiping theirfaces and making pizzas just looked bad. So after waiting 20 min he brought the pizza himself to us and said ok all good to go.We asked him do we owe anything he said nope all good. So i left thinking to thank him for taking care of the order. We get homeeat then i get a call. Not from the store but from a no caller ID number. Answered and he stats he needs a payment for the pizzasince we didn?t pay. We said you told us we were good to go and would take care of us. So apparently he didn't take care of us.Calling and saying thought someone else took the payment then showing wasn?t paid. I gave him payment over phone and his name isJohn as general manager. He handled this very poorly and not professional to call from a no caller ID number. Won?t return. Iwould like someone higher up to reach out to me even the owner. I ordered a pizza from the Richmond location, my pizza arrived with the toppings on the side of the box not on top of the pizza.... I called the store to report the condition of the pizza, the store manager offered me a free pizza that will take 1:15 minutesto arrive, I had waited 45 minutes for the 1st pizza to arrive. I requested a refund as waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery isridiculous, the manager told me they are not allowed to issue refunds and to contact the store owner. I am so disappointed andwill never eat food from this location as this is the 3rd time my pizza arrived totally wrong. I just want my money back. Read more

I usually get Domino's, but I wanted to switch it up this weekend. So, for the first time in probably half a decade, I ordered... from here. It's a bit more expensive than similar competitors, but I found it to be worthwhile. The epic pepperoni stuffedcrust was great, as were the stuffed spicy cheesy pepperoni knot things (can't recall the exact name, but I liked them). Whatreally blew me away was our pizza we ordered bacon on - it showed up with FULL STRIPS of bacon. Absolutely incredible - that'sthe most bacon I've ever gotten on a pizza, so it was a nice surprise. They ran out of bleu cheese, but the driver called andwas apologetic (and may have thrown in an extra one to make up for it...that or I am forgetting how to count). In all, it was apositive experience from start to finish. Now if y'all can just develop an order tracker like Domino's, you'll REALLY be inbusiness. ;) Read more

This papa John?s has turned me off from all papa John?s locations. I ordered 2 large pizzas 4 weeks ago. Both pizzas were wrong... and not what I ordered. I called and informed them. They said my next order will be free of charge. No problem I thought. Everyone makes mistakes. I place an order tonight and the order was free like promised. They delivered the pizzas and this time thepizzas were correct. However, THERE?S A FLY BAKED INTO ONE OF THE PIZZAS (See the attached picture. Zoom in if you can?t seeit). Yuck! I completely lost my appetite and couldn?t even eat any of the pizzas. I did not bothering calling to inform themthis time because what?s the point? I just know that I will NEVER order from papa John?s again. Read more
