Great taste with good prices, and welcoming staff
I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is kind, pizza is good, and always on time for pick up or delivery give a... few (like 2 to 5) minutes on early or late. The coupon sold door to door was copied by a scam artist and they lost lots of moneyand had to take the books up and no longer accept the coupons. However, they returned a fair compromise covering the cost of thebook with a small credit and a free large pizza, salad, and 4 drinks. I think that was very generous on their part and they haveallowed me to take one item at a time until I use them all. Just make sure you speak to the store and not the ordering serviceif you are dealing with the coupon book, they will be able to assist you. Read more

They sold me a coupon. Later they said "We don't accept it anymore. We offer "free dinner and 20 USD credit" . When I said "OK ... Let's do it" the answer is "The system not working, I can do is leave your phone number and We will call you" I didn't leave theplace and I got my "free dinner". Never ever again !!! pepperoni's canvased my neighborhood and sold me a coupon book that is supposed to be good for an entire year. Tonight I called... to redeem a coupon that I purchased and the manager Carley was the worst. She was extremely rude, seemed like she did not knowthe menu, put me on hold over 4 times and spoke to me in a manner that was extremely condescending. She flat out told me she wasnot willing to honor the coupon due to inflation. I get the inflation part but I was sold a coupon and so at this point she isrefusing to honor a coupon that they sold to me and without a plan to refund my coupon book purchase. We are still new to thearea and we were actually happy to patronize a neighborhood business but I'm so disgusted by Carley's behavior that I will nevergo back to this place. Read more
I really never have a issue with them but it keeps getting worse. I still have my food and it has been almost 2hrs. I call the... first time it was like 1hr after ordering and they said it would take longer and the pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Callback a 2nd time and I was told they were boxing it up and will be delivered. I live 3 min down the road. 30mins later and stillno pizza. I will not use them again. Save your money and go to pizza hut or domino's. Read more
