I am not racist, but every since this location has flipped to an all Hispanic staff. The service and food quality has been... awful, the wait time is more horrific. Several times I have gotten home and the order has been wrong, it doesn't do anything tocomplain. The only thing you can do is post a review and then go before the local city hall. Read more

Another disappointment. In the past month. I been coming to this location for 8yrs. And i asked for dipping sauce, the manager... Octar said they have to charge for the sauce. I advised the Octar "manager" i was never charge for the 8yrs since i been comingto this location, and he was rude. I advised him nevermind and i told Octar thank you. Absolutely horrible experience. Tried ordering dinner and the guy in the drive-thru did not even speak English! We had to drive... around to the window and speak to a lady who was the cook and she had to take the order and then after we made the order theycome to the window and tell me that they don't have any of the items that we ordered! Manager ate French fries out of the fry bin, she had no gloves on and went back in for more fries. A customer caught her and... demanded fresh fries. She complained to another manager and he proceeded to brush her off. After she left they laughed about it.As I was gathering my trash to leave I caught the drive thru employee doing the exact same thing, reaching into the fry bin withno gloves on and eating them. Today I had one of the worst experiences ever at this location. My food was served to me cold. I think I'm done with Popeyes. I... feel if you are paying 8.69 for three chicken tenders the food could at least be served hot I would have even taken warm.DONE!!! Read more
I have done several online orders however they never start the order until you walk in the door. Last three times they have run... out of chicken during 5 o clock rush. You think they would prepare for it. I waited an hour tonight. I asked why they were sobehind and their excuse was staff shortage, yet while I waited two employees were eating, manager sitting down on phone, oneemployee smoking outside and only two behind counter working not including cooks.the counter person told me we?re out of spicychicken and it would be twelve minutes?I said no problem. Fifteen minutes later chicken was ready and now he told me out offries. Now I was irritated but waited another ten minutes but then the counter boy disappeared in back to talk on cell for fiveminutes. That?s when manager gets off his rear to help and tells me short staffed which they were not they were just all onbreak during rush hour. To me this is very poor management. I ordered a 2-piece classic and 3-piece classic meal, both with red beans and rice side; plus a side of mashed potatoes and... gravy. What I received was 2 each 2-piece meals, one with red beans, the other with Mac&cheese. And I did not get the mashedpotatoes. So they shorted me $4.20, and a side I didn?t want.
