I accidentally placed an order for this location instead of the one near me. I immediately (within seconds) called to explain... what had happened and asked for them to cancel the order. The guy on the phone (loudly) told his coworker not to make the order.He couldn?t figure out how to cancel the order, so he called the owner then called me back. When he called back he said therewas nothing that could be done because the order had already been made, which was clearly a lie since I heard him tell the guynot to make it. He was rude and unprofessional then hung up on me after I asked to have the owner call me. He then called afew minutes later, still being rude and insisting there was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak with the owner he said itwould be up to the owner to contact me. I basically paid for a snack for their staff since they refused to credit meback. I had purchased a smoothie for my son and as he was drinking it he had pieces of plastic wrap in his smoothie. I called them... several times to make them aware but phone was not being picked up. I poured smoothie in container to find all the pieces ofplastic wrap in it. This is disturbing & not customer friendly. Read more
The quality and consistency has gotten so much better here. Originally I had given them 2 stars for terrible customer service... and constantly messing up on my food. The last few months they?ve made my orders right , service has been decent, not amazing,but they aren?t rude anymore which is nice. My husband and I always order wraps and smoothies. I?m happy they are hiring betterpeople and making the food at a better standard. We?ve been coming here for about 5 years(coming about 2-3 times in a week) andstopped going for about 6 months because they could never make our food right and the workers were awful. I just want to thank the restaurant and the people who were working today. I am 31 weeks pregnant and going through some... depression. I?ve been making myself sleep all day everyday because my dreams are more fun and interesting than real life rightnow. Anywho I decided to wake up and try this place. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potatoes and a smoothie. It wassuch an escape and seriously made me feel like a million bucks. Consistently attitudinal and unconcerned about patrons from greeting to ending over the past months I have come here. It?s... obvious that the business is new to the area. They have a low morale due to others still willing to endorse them. Their foodis constantly not appetizing, customer service lags, and the smoothies are the selling point. Eventually, I will no longer comehere. Smoothie King is a hop, skip, and a jump. The smoothies are great, but I strongly prefer good customer service. You?rethrowing cheese on tortillas and blending fruit. Be nice or go do another job. Read more
Ok so I tried this place yesterday and I absolutely loved it! I wanted to replace a meal with a smoothie and the young lady... helping me recommended the detox smoothie which was incredibly tasty ! I was afraid it was going to taste too much like kale andginger but that wasn?t the case! It was delicious and easy to swallow if you know what I mean! You guys must try this place foryourself, I promise you won?t regret it !!! Read more
I wish these smoothies were sugar and calorie free! They taste soooooo good and soooooo refreshing.
Maybe bad doing this, but compared to the Smoothie Cafes where I'm from, quality was less. Perhaps good if you an average... person. Read more
