Ordered ONLY ONE lunch combo Togo at 3:30pm and was told it would take only 10 mins. When I went to go pick it up at 3:40pm - I... waited their til 4:05pm and my food still wasn?t ready. Instead of cooking the food, the cooks were cleaning in the back thewhole time. There was only one other customer there and she was waiting for a while too. Nothing against the front checkoutpeople since they have no control over this but whoever is In charge need to get the back better at time management for therestaurant. If I can save one person from making their first visit there it would be totally worth it. My first and last time I ordered to... go. I picked it up and took off, got up the road and noticed that I didn't have any eating utensils. I turned around and wentback to only be told that they ran out and did not have any! What restaurant does not have eating utensils? Once I get to mydestination I pick up the bag and there is soy sauce dripping from it all over my car seat. The food was NOT fresh. It tastedlike it had been frozen or in the refrigerator for a week! They put a package of soy sauce that had burst into my pick up. SMH Read more
