A chill place with serving delicious Mexican food. The tacos were very good with the scallop taco (a special) being a stand out... along with the carne asada. Drinks were also good, especially the Margarita. Great outdoor space. Read more
We had great food and drinks at Big Spruce. I especially appreciate the time someone took to help me identify foods that I could... eat with my dietary restrictions- they generated a list of menu items that I could safely eat. It's hard to convey how much itmeans to me that someone cared enough to take the time to do that. I really don't expect it, as most places don't do it. Thankyou!! Read more
The tacos were delicious and there are 3 different vegetarian options – cauliflower, avocado, and mushroom. Awesome outdoor... eating area too. It is a bit pricey though, especially with the 15% service charge added to every check. Read more
If you are looking for the best place to eat in Burlington, The Big Spruce, is the best place to eat, even though it is in... Richmond. The food is incredible. Everything we ate was delicious, fresh, a blend of summer flavors punctuated by localingredients. And the service! Oh, what service! Friendly, patient, personable-our main server was Curtis, who we adored. Inaddition, literally every other person who helped us made us feel welcomed.
