I had to do an event here. The owner/manager, Rasheedah T., was so nice to everyone from us to her guests and most importantly... to her staff that all you saw was smiles! She clearly gets it. She takes amazing pride in her creation. People enjoyed the foodand the beverages. I could not drink because I was working, but her Sweet Tea and her Fruit Punch were awesome. Several of theguests complimented her chicken and waffle dish. However the unique thing about her floor set up is there are plenty of VIPprivate spaces for people to have time to themselves to celebrate life. Was super glad to have found a brunch that included crab legs only to find out that you only can go twice, ok cool but after I... did the first round I didn’t go back I gave my ticket away because the crab legs were so dry I almost choked????. The greenbeans tasted like someone just poured them out the can without even heating them up. The food was very mediocre. The bakedchicken was dry, they started off good with the fresh collards then it turned into canned greens in which I understand that whenyou can’t keep up with the demand...take a shortcut right quick to keep things moving. Now the drink menu had some goodoptions and good names but they were not good. I found out that no one was really a professional bartender so I’m surethat’s the reason why drinks were off. Two good things about this overall brunch experience one is Dj Lonnie B providing thevibes always super dope and the staff. Although the drinks and food were disappointing the staff at this place was exceptionaland very nice people they really went above and beyond. I observed them working very hard making sure everything in their powerwas good. Superb customer service is what I encountered from beginning to end. If you try this place out for brunch although itsays $30 be prepared to pay $40 for gratuity. It would be nice to have more vegan options the only thing my friend could eatwere the potatoes. We asked at the door and the young lady told us they had vegan options only to find out they didn’t, so myfriend paid $40 to eat potatoes ???? I would go for the vibes but not for the food….UPDATE as I stated I would go here againand I did, the customer service was superb and the food was a little better than before but the customer service makes up forthe food. The oversized mimosas are a great addition and seem to be very popular. The place is a whole vibe. Ambiance is dope and all. However, the drink and food menu is not what\'s up. The extra large mimosa... is a juice/ fruit cocktail that\'s going to give you a stomach ache from drinking too much juice. And the food menu is ratherlimited on what they have. So here\'s a mix batch of reviews, lol. Very nice atmosphere. There set up is exceptionably well. But I walked in sat at a... table, waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to help me, but I was watching the game on many TV\'s. After waiting I wentto the bar and ask one of the bartenders will someone come to help me at the table, he said yes, someone will be over, and afterabout another 10 minutes, they never came. So I placed a drink order, went back to my table and waited again. After waiting Iplaced my food order at the bar. Food was very good. They have hooka and a cigar lounge.\nBut they call themselves a sportslounge, if that\'s true, how do you close before the Sunday night game goes off? That\'s just crazy.. Was there for the second time last night. The first time was nice, however the waitor was so busy he kept forgetting us and took... over 30min to bring our check. On last night we had a burger/ fries, salmon dinner 2 drinks and a for around $95 with their 20%gratuity. The salmon was supposed to be Honey lemon.
