Placed an order for 11:30-11:45 for business lunch online. Get a call the next day from Apple Spice telling me they are super... busy and the closet time slot available for my day is 10:45. So apparently their online ordering is third party and the timeslots are basically useless since they schedule off their own method of taking in online orders, called in orders and faxes andthen decide what time they have available for everyone. I didn't know the dining room was closed because the google listing still said they were open for Dine-In. We parked, and then... saw one of the staff run over to lock the front door on us. There's a tiny sign that says orders must be placed the day before.It would be nice if their website mentioned this because we checked it before coming. Read more

I'm tired of not being able to order same day for a single sandwich because they are "extremely understaffed due to COVID"....... Their words. It has been like this since the start of the pandemic, and if you can't hire people after more than two years,something is wrong with your business and how you manage it... Was passing through the area on the way to the hospital and decided to grab lunch before I get there but to my surprise, the... door was locked. There was a sign on the door advising to call for curbside pickup or order online. I go to website and attemptto order but there are no available time slots for that day, actually there are none available for 2 days..... I'm confused, it's around noon, on a Monday and I can't order until Wednesday ? Did you run out of bread or lunch meat to make a sandwich andwon't order supplies for 2 days? Positives: The sandwiches are good?great even. Negatives: A person cannot get a sandwich if it is not catered out. Before you... could order at the counter and get a lunch. Now you cannot. I was recently rebuffed as I was trying to order lunch and was justtold the dining room is closed. It would be nice to just be able to order for take out even if the dining room is notaccessible.
