This might be the strangest fast food stop I've ever had in my life. First, as we tried to enter, 6+ eldery were queued to... order, directly in front of the door, so we couldn't enter. How's that for great cashier placement (the rest of the orderingspace was 100% empty but blocked off by Arbys signage). Then when we were ready to order, it took about 8 attempts to get theworker to understand the order, looking at the new LCD order screens we had to keep correcting her. Then she didnt understandhow to 'total' the order, and kept demanding my card wasnt working. SKIP this restaurant if you are on a long drive, COME HEREif you want to experience 1950s with 2020 technology. We were going to dine in but, at the point we got our food (also wrong)we just decided to eat the loss and move on. Sad. On the positive: bad AF old school arbys sign. My first time eating at Arby's since pre-pandemic times and of course it would be a less-than-stellar experience. First of all,... they got our order WRONG ! Second, the Chicken Cheddar Ranch sandwich I got was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! ???? Literally THE WORSTsandwich I've ever bought at Arby's. And that speaks volumes. It was cold. Cheese wasn't melted. Tons of lettuce. And the'chicken' was mostly breading with hardly a sliver of chicken meat. Seriously. Extremely disappointing. My puppy could'veprepared a better sandwich. Never again. Honestly top notch service everyone working there was great! We came in pretty late and didn't realize that they were getting... ready to close but they still took care of us and didn't rush us out or anything which I'm thankful for, you guys are awesomeand sorry we held you up! Read more

I visit Arby's from time to time but this is my first time coming to this location on Brook Rd near Azalea Ave. I ordered the... new Steakhouse cheeseburger and it was pretty good. I come here all the time and the lady at the drive thru, that's been there almost 22 years cause I asked her, is very rude,... always rolling her eyeballs, about everything, today I gave her my cash and had the change and she shut her window before Icould give to her I said here is the change she leaned her head back rolled her eyes and took it l, she said you want any sauceI said yes horsey and Arby's sauce, was it in my bag noooo!!! And that's my favorite, when I placed the order at drive thru Iheard her telling another employee over intercom, yea I'm with ya aggravated!! If your tired of your job then just retire orsomething stop treating customers bad!! Cause I'm sure I'm not the only one that sees it!!! Step it up and be nice!!!! We didn'tdo nothing to you!!!!
