Very clean and a good selection of food, reasonably priced. The baked potato is large and flavorful. Polite staff was awesome.
I ordered a roast beef and cheddar combo with an additional side of broccoli. The lid to the broccoli wasn't on tight and the... hot butter leaked right through the bag and onto my pants!! I called to speak with a manager, hoping to get a refund or replacemy meal. I was told to come back with my receipt. I was unable to do so bc the receipt was in the bag that had to be thrownaway because of the spill. I'm not happy I've spent $15 on food and this happened! Read more
Go through drive-thru, place my order using their very own promotion which was emailed to me. They take my order during which I... fully describe the discount I'm using. They say fine and to pull around. Side note, they were slow as molasses but finally I'mat the window and the cashier says "we don't accept those (QR Codes) here. I'm like "Why?" His reply "I don't know. I was toldto say we don't accept those." So I've wasted 15 minutes trapped in your drive-thru because there's no escape route whichshould be a building or fire code violation anyway only to be told No. Gee thanks Arby's. It was OK! Got the fish and chips, fries were luke warm, not impressed with the cornmeal coating on fish. Fish was good though.... Also apple turnover should have been warmed. Read more
Only drive thru option. Signs posted state dining room is closed due to lack of staff. New hamburger not available- they were... sold out at 5pm. Ordered a combo meal & they forgot the fries; had to circle back thru the line again to get the fries I paidfor... Sign of the times:. Absolutely enjoyed my meal. It was my birthday so I also got my free small curly fries and small shake. My husband got the new... burger and he said it was delicious! The restaurant was clean. The employees were all nice and professional. I would and will goback. Read more

Have been going down hill for a while but today was horrible. Mozzarella sticks were cold, and bread for my sandwich was stale... and hard. A far cry from what arbys used to be. Read more
