This Auntie Anne's is out of my way and I usually don't go to this one. The checkout went fast. I got my pretzel home and shared... it with my wife. The bottom was burnt. All the person did is cover it up with a bunch of cinnamon and sugar. Worst pretzel Ihave ever had from Auntie Anne's. I do not recommend this location. Read more

He snatched a bag of pretzel from my wife's hand when he found out that we were trying to redeem... for a coupon from the official Auntie Anne's App. We were told by corporate that they were supposed to accept the coupon. Horrible customer service by the store manager, Frances (or Frannie as stated on her name tag). My 11 year old daughter made a... purchase there and was paying for her pretzels, she counted her money and placed it on the counter. They were not busy either.This employee called my daughter rude! Seriously, how is that rude. When you work in customer service you should never treatyour customers in such a way, especially if they have done nothing wrong!
