On November 6th at 6:30 pm I had the Worst experience in a restaurant. I?m a cook so I know all the tricks . My fries were... sitting at the window for 15 minutes. They have the nerve to bring me those cold fries when I asked for new fries they redropped my fries so they came out dark & oily. The smash burger was not smashed. Meat was red after asking for a well doneburger (I?m pregnant) . It was put together real lazy. Our shrimp pasta was over cooked pasta. Just disgusting and then the billwas $87 dollars of trash !!! After being completely disappointed I went into the bathroom to pee and the manager on duty was inthere && she literallY walkes out the bathroom without washing her hands not even a drop of water. Went for brunch and sat at the bar to avoid the 40 min wait! The wait would've still been worth it! I couldn't choose between... the Chicken and Waffles or the Jamaican French Toast so Samantha customized my order with Fried Chicken and Jamaican FrenchToast. My party ate well and was well served! Unfortunately, I have had two experiences and meals with rotten fruit. First, the side of mixed fruit on June 11 had VISIBLE... white mildew. The waiter offered a single flapjack as a replacement. The food was amazing. My daughter and I went for breakfast. Our server checked on us frequently but had little personality. I'm... use to servers being more bubbly and excited when they come greet me but he did give us good service otherwise. My daughter hadthe chicken and waffles with a side of eggs and turkey bacon. I wanted to enjoy this meal so bad...however I didn't receive any ole bay seasoning w/my eggs & crabs had 2 send host back for... some....& eggs seemed under cooked 2 me. The chicken & waffles ???? were very good thankfully. Feel like the outdoor dining areacould use a little sprucing up as well & maybe spray a safe pesticide for pesky spiders ???? . It was a great breakfast/lunch. I had the Eggs Benedict, and my sister had the Mediterranean Omelet. I should have remembered I... don?t like Canadian bacon, but it was easy enough to take it off. Next time I?ll change it to regular bacon (and there will def.be a next time!). Our waitperson was unobtrusive but attentive, and tolerant of our sisterly, leisurely get together.
