If i could a give a 0 star, i would. Service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Gross food, RUDE employees, dirty interior.
Don't go.. way over priced.. got breakfast for me and my wife.. costed more than texas road house we had the day before.. and to... top it off.. food was bad.. no seasoning on frys chicken over cooked and dry.. so just skip it and go enjoy a nice sit downdate!!! Read more
Wow wow wow. I wasn't expecting much trying *another* chicken sandwich but this is actually one of the best chicken sandwiches... I've ever had. Fast service, crunchy outside, soft juicy inside, and deliciously seasoned fries. Plus it was served nice andhot. There was about a 15 minute wait on dark meat if you wanted the combo meals but we just got sandwiches instead and I'mcertainly not complaining. Honestly such a shame that their locations are only in the south. But that sandwich though...genuinely has me considering driving 45 miles for the nearest Bojangles. Read more
The service was extremely slow. They were so slow that we left without being served. One person came inside from the drive thru... into the restaurant because he had been waiting almost 30 min for chicken tenders and fries. Read more
this is the ONLY fast food i eat - and they know wine well here sad to say lol - but i can?t keep giving this location my money... - and the others are tooo far for me ! time and time the lines are long - dining room is closed - or the time i got 4 cajunbiscuits halted cooked - yes u ate raw meat - no one contacted me back not even on FB where i posted pics and all- and the laststraw was last week - waiting 15 min in the DT and when i got to the window they said another 10min for biscuits - the line wasLONG they should?ve been cooking - and i see my fav cashier is gone i should?ve known then somethings not right- best one theregot my order right every time - i always tipped her ! love you guys but have to get a divorce lol Read more
I've always liked bojangles chicken. I placed an order today for a 2 piece dinner with dark meat and mashed potatoes with gravy.... First of all the staff was moving at a snails pace like they didn't have a care in the world. A little while after placing myorder one of the young ladies told me that they would have to cook some dark meat chicken (this was around lunchtime) so thechicken should have been ready for the lunch rush. Since I didn't want to wait in a FAST FOOD restaurant for dark meat I gotwhite meat instead which is not my preference because I don't like chicken breast. When I finally got ready to eat my lunchthere was no plastic ware in the box, no straw for my drink and there was no gravy on the mashed potatoes. Veryfrustrating!!!!! Read more
Never been dissapointed here. Always quick , always have what I want and hot and if they don?t they actually try to fix it or at... least express remorse. They have my all dark meat everytime this bojangles needs so recognition from corporate cuz they?resaving you im Richmomd the other one sucks Read more
