Worst Bojangles ever ... Everytime I come through in the mornings this location ( 5441 s laburnum) they never have coffee ready... and I just left this morning from waiting almost 20 minutes for a sausage biscuit??!! The food is just nasty they should close all Bojangles in Richmond all of them are just nasty. Go to NC Roanoke rapids the... Bojangles taste like it's supposed to not this mess. The food was fresh and the lead girl was a excellent shift lead, the young man that took my order was very sweet and even helped... me carry everything out. I went on 9-16-22 around dinner time and they were fully stocked with choices. Read more
Went through the drive through for dinner, moved fairly quick. Staff was friendly and inside the store looked clean from what I... could see. Food was a let down though. Got the wrong pieces of chicken in my combo and it was soggy and cold, biscuit was hardlike it had been sitting out all day, and the 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea was pure sugar. edit: Tried this location again 9/2022and ended up just driving off because the girl working the drive through had so much attitude for no reason. Poor customer service, the girl at the register seemed to be irritated that she had to actually speak to the customer while... taking orders. There were at least 5 people waiting for their food when I walked in, I should have taken that as a clue to gosomewhere else. When I finally did get my food the chicken was hot and freshly cooked but for whatever reason it was veryrubbery and chewy. The worst experience I've ever had at Bojangles. The only thing they did right was take my order. They took 20+ minutes to give me my food and the order was wrong. The manager... was rude and had dirty hands. She handed me one of our drinks and dirt was all over the side of the drink cup. Gross ???? Read more
Waited in drive though almost 15 minutes only to receive burnt, hard biscuit with cold chicken. The coffee was full of grounds... and I couldn?t drink it. Terrible bojangles location. Read more
