Ordered a BBQ bacon chicken sandwich and all I got was chicken and BBQ with food cost so high 17bucks for a kids meal and one... chicken sandwich and still can't get my expensive bacon smh. Not the only time they forgot my cheese or meat! Read more

This BK location is drive thru only. The drive thru manager was very sympathetic about how expensive 2chbgrs and a small fry I... had to pay $7.90 (9.89 after taxes). He say their location is closest to our local VCU college campus so the prices are passedon...excuses! and the rest of the public gets penalized for it. 3.30 for a small fry by itself.wow! Read more

Food was hot, not sloppily made which is refreshing for Burger King. This is a drive thru only Burger King.

Today I ordered a whopper with cheese. I asked for real meat fresh of the grill. light on the Mayo. Over all the burger was good... how ever it wasn't fresh of the grill. Half my bread was very soggy. I was disappointed. Read more

This establishment is special to say the least. Not sure who does the hiring here but this place could use a serious revamp. As... a truck driver there are no drive thru's that a truck can fit thru. As I tried to explain this to the employees at thisestablishment, I was ignored. I wasnt even denied service, just totally ignored. Kinda sad. I feel the correct way to handlethis would have been for me to pull over and possible meet by the window where the exchange could take place.
