I went for to Burger King for a whopper with cheese and a milk shake at 8:15 pm. I was told no more milkshakes tonight. I said... did you close the milkshake machine down for tonight and they said yes. I then ask what time do you close and they said 12midnight. It left me stumped why the machine was clean and shut down around 8 pm at night. So I drove to Hardee?s and bought amilkshake. Read more
Food was ok. Service was beyond horrible. I placed my order on the mobile app and picked up through the drive thru. Was told to... pull around. Sat at the window over 5 minutes was not greeted. Asked the girl if my condiments were in the bag and she justshoved the bag at me and shut the window. She didn't speak one word to me once I was at the window. Read more
Online today 7/24/2022 it says open at 7 I was there at 7 to order breakfast and the store was closed with 2 females standing... outside one with a name tag that says Tia and a pregnant girl. I asked what was going on. I was told they are new and waswaiting for the door to open. I left. I passed by at at 8 and the girl with the tag was still standing outside no wander theycan never keep employees. Read more
I have visited many Burger Kings over the years being that it?s one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Honestly I must say... never have I come across a young person with so much patient. She is so respectful and always kind and caring. You can here thekindness in her voice when place your order in the drive thru. I wish that I could say that I have experienced the sameservice at other franchises. I want to thank you for employing such a kind spirit. This young lady goes by the name ofAsherie. Never coming to this Burger King again... drive thru wait is about 30-45 minutes! I spent almost $30, And they are super cheap,... Gave me 1 sauce for chicken fries and fries meal, when I asked for another they said they would have to charge me 15 cents and Iwould have to get back in the line ... Got a Whopper combo through the drive thru. When I pulled up, no one was there inside or out. I placed my order and was asked to... pull up. I waited for almost 15 minutes for my order to be walked out to me and my fries were luke warm and my sandwich was notfresh. Very disappointing! Read more
