The place is awesome and the service is great! The food came out beautifully and very delicious! The servers were warm and... friendly. The ambiance was very nice and very French - from the music, the decor, and the food! Highly recommend this place!! Iwould love to try their dinner menu, too at some point! Maybe next time we visit Richmond. Please make a reservation if you areplanning to dine! Came here on a VERY busy Sunday and thank God we had a reservation! Read more

The chicken salad and bread was enough to take the hangry away. The margarita helped also. The atmosphere is great for brunch... and mimosas. The chicken was flavored well and the greens were fresh. This reminded me of being in Europe. I will visit againto get another chicken salad. My waiter was awesome. I can’t remember his name but he was then best!! An absolutely mustvisit!! Read more

I’ve been here for both lunch and dinner. For lunch we ordered the Pastrami Dip, and for dinner we ordered the Escargot, Beef... Tartare, and the Pork Entree. For drinks we had the Eloise (their version of a Shirley Temple) and the Lemon MerengueMartini. The Pastrami Dip was good, but tasted a bit too smokey which overpowered the sandwich a bit. Not sure if the smokinesswas coming from the cheese or from the meat. My boyfriend said it was too oily for him. It was tasty overall though! The Eloisetasted like your average Shirley Temple, I don’t think the jasmine syrup in it made a difference. We really didn’t like theEscargot, but that may not be the fault of the restaurant. We may just not like Escargot in general, as it was our first timeever trying it. My problem with it is that it severely lacks flavor, though I know it’s traditionally served with a garlicbutter sauce. The Beef Tartare was definitely more enjoyable and it was very flavorful, but it didn’t impress me as much as Ithought it would. The Pork Entree was alright. The meat didn’t have much flavor apart from the marinade coating on theoutside, but the chorizo filling helped provide that flavor which made up for it. The Lemon Merengue Martini wasn’t goodhonestly, it just tasted like lemon and alcohol. The service was amazing and it definitely impressed me. We were seated andserved very quickly. The waitresses were very sweet. The ambiance was classy and fun, making it a great place to go for datenight with friends or a SO. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience but the food didn’t impress us much. I’d go more-so forthe vibes! Read more

A fantastic spot for our anniversary lunch. We were trepidatious about the portions for the lunch menu and way over ordered.... Even for lunch the portion size is exceptionally generous. We could have literally split just the Strip Steak sandwich and friesand had a great lunch. And oh that sandwich! It did everything you could want. Tender, delicious steak that tears with eachbite. Bread with just the right amount of crunch. A rich alioli and just enough greens. And a just a touch of sweetness from theonions to bring it all together. The bouillabaisse was overflowing with delicious fresh seafood and the macaroni lyonnaise wasa rich decadent cheesy goodness with a hint of sharpness, savoriness and sweetness with the onions and bacon. Our server Maggieand her trainee were friendly, helpful, and quick and did a phenomenal job. The food also all came out piping hot and fresh inan impossibly short amount of time. All in all, a fantastic experience! Eager to come back! Read more

We sat at the bar because the restaurant was full. The bartender was prompt with menus and a drink. We split the beet salad and... the seared scallops entree. The kitchen served us two plates and the presentation was beautiful. It is true that you first eatwith your eyes and they did not disappoint. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the salad was amazing. The bartender made usfeel as if we were his only customers. I would take my mother here! Wonderful! Read more

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Can Can Brasserie and it was absolutely dreamy. Almost two months later (we got married in... December 2021) and our friends/family are STILL talking about how delicious the food was and how intimate and romantic theatmosphere was. My personal favorite dishes were Duck a l'Orange and the Chai Spiced Creme Brulee. We had a private room in theback which held 36 of us and the staff that took care of us was wonderful and very attentive. We worked very closely with Laurelat Can Can to select menu items, secure the room, and get everything set up. She ensured that my vision came to life and wasvery communicative during the entire process. 110% recommend for a private event and I can't wait to go back. Read more
