We ordered take out, so maybe it’s better in person? After we placed the order they called us twice to report issues with... ingredients in the dishes we had ordered. (“We don’t like how the horchata tastes tonight-can we replace it with somethingelse”). We got nachos that ended up having green beans and peas on them-but no cheese-very weird. Nothing we got was wellseasoned, some of it inedible. The margaritas were disgusting-they tasted like they’d been made with expired juice orsomething. Just awful. Read more

Went here after surge it was late nothing else left open customer service was awesome but the food is disgusting. This is... literally the worst mexican restaurant ive ever been to. The beans which are normally my favorite part were horrible nothinglike authentic tasted watered down no salt it was gross. The chips are okay they are made fresh but some are extremely salty.The chipotle hot sauce though was bomb. That and the side salad i got were the only good things. I got veggie fajitas whichbasically tastes like vegetables in tomato sauce not fajitas seasoning. Did not eat it, gross. My (latino) husband got gorditaswhich was a tortilla cut open with only beef inside which was super dry and not what gorditas normally look/taste like, he didntfinish it. Kids had beef burritos and the beef is cooked with vegetables so they wouldnt eat it. Even picked out the vegetablesand they still said it was gross. Even the augas frescas were gross. Paid $60 to go home and eat. Highly do NOT recommend. Read more

Went here for the first time after leaving Surge, I was craving tacos but not the biggest fan of the taco place at the mall.... I\'m glad I did! The service was quick, I ordered the birria tacos and they were delicious, they served their consume with aspoon which I thought was super helpful. Will def be back to try their margs, they looked amazing and the bar was super cute. Read more

Good service with average food. Sat and served promptly. We had steak burrito and carnitas burrito.

Wanted Mexican - we always go to Chuys which I like. But my husband wanted to try something different. So we came here.\nWe... walked in and weren’t served right away for a table.\nThe music was extremely loud. Can not hear the person next to you evenspeak.\nWe ordered our food, but everything I wanted they didn’t have. Why I don’t know. But it was on the menu. The servicewas very slow. My soda tasted terrible. When the food came it wasn’t hot. I had a chicken fajita- I had a lot of chicken butfew pieces of onions. The chicken was kinda hard. The rice was minimal and blend. The fajitas were card board tasting. Not goodat all. The chips were terrible too. Not a good experience and won’t be going back. Only gave it a 2 because the decor wasnice. That’s it! Stick to chuys. I spotted this place one night coming from the YMCA very close to Quioccossin. I\'m so glad I did. The lady server was so kind.... The food is great. If you\'re near Regency in Henrico you got to go. Read more
