This is the most unprofessional place to eat. I brought a 12 piece family meal and ask for the food to be cooked well done . I... get home my fries are near raw. I called the manager back and explained the situation. He proceeded to give me all kinds ofexcuses and never resolved my issue . It?s was 945. They closed at 10pm . He asks me to either make it back to the store orthere was nothing that could be done . This experience happened at the Richmond Ba location on Jefferson Davis . For the sides I think the green beans are awesome but the corn on the cobb...Cobb... so much. Restroom needs some serious... improvements or regular cleaning. Food and service though are fresh and prompt. Read more
We were properly greeted by multiple employees. The gentleman that took our order was friendly and helpful. Our meals were... prepared promptly, our food was delicious, and everything tasted fresh. As we left they waved and thanked us for our business.We plan to visit again. Read more
Good food. Quick service for a captain d's. The guy at the drive through was polite and did hid job well. Also got to see 2... crack heads fighting over a lighter or something in the street and the parking lot. Would have gave 5 stars but I missed thebeginning of the fight. Read more
This is the second time I came in here this week and both times, the young lady was absolutely rude to both my uncle and I. The... first time we let it go figuring she had a bad day but twice in a row? Uh uh!!!! I asked for the manager who was just as rude.Sad that people like this serve food to the public. I'm afraid to even eat there. Then there is a young man on the line in theback on the phone. (See photo) Major no no. The food here is usually hot and fresh, service is friendly and the restaurant is clean.
The customer service still sucks. A young girl who didn't take our order came to the window to ask what sauces we need just to... look at my husband but didnt see me in the car. She left real quick once I answered and not him. Then the person who actuallytook our order came and asked the same thing. They are worried about the wrong things in there. I said I would give them anothertry because they have some new spicy fish. The fish looked good but was mushy inside. No more for me. Read more
