I was truly disappointed in my order.I spend nearly 30 dollars and my order was missing a fish from both orders and the fish was... cooked so wrong.I called when I got home and the manager said I could come and get my two fish tomorrow.I will never go thereagain. Won't let me order online to pick up in store. When 3rd party delivery options come up, they are blank. I can't see the menu... prices online. Only way to decide if I want to even try to eat there is if I drive all the way there, possibly for no reason, orcall the store and bother them with questions. Read more
We've been enjoying Captain D's for decades, but regrettably that's changed. The lunch special is up to $6.99; no longer a... great value. Quality is down, and the food is often not served hot. Cold, overcooked vegetables and luke warm fries are thenorm. Country Style fish is mushy. Orders are no longer fresh cooked. I realize restaurants are facing challenges, however it'scome to a point where it's difficult to accept the big price increases and decreased meal quality. Read more
