The worst service. Had to wait 30min. for an online order! My food was cold and not correct. And to top it off I had my bag... tossed at me and told ?we?re backed up what do you expect.? Wish I would have gotten the ladies name b/c she does not belong incustomer service. She made Popeyes look terrible and sounded absolutely ridiculous. Read more
The lobby was closed and the drive thru line was extremely slow. I think there was only 2 or 3 people working. I didn't have... anywhere to be, so I waited. But I was 6th in line and it took 27 minutes to just get to the menu board. I finally got up andordered my food. It only took about 4 more minutes to get my food. But, the order was completely wrong. I ordered the chickensandwich meal and a 3 piece tenders. What I got was 2 legs, 1 thigh and mashed potatoes. The line was so long I couldn't go backand the lobby was closed, so I ate it. It wasn't even good either. The chicken was really greasy and slimy, and nothing hadseasoning on it. I think this store is cutting corners to save $$. Definitely emailing/tweeting corporate on this one. This wasmy first time at Popeyes in 5+ years. Now I remember why. I do not recommend this Popeyes at all. If the drive thru line is long(or if it isn't), go somewhere else... Like Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is miles ahead of Popeyes (well, this Popeyes anyways) interms of customer service and food quality. Never again will I be fooled by the lure of Popeyes again. I'd rather pay more andget what I ordered in a timely manner and the food actually tastes like food fit for human consumption (no joke, my dog eventurned down a piece of chicken I gave her from this order). Waste of $3 for something no bigger than my thumb , had very little chocolate inside , no powdered sugar as advertised and... dry. " chocolate beignets". Second picture is the $5-$6 hush puppy shrimp box with about 3 actually shrimp, and rest is friedbatter and shrimp tails. Read more
strawberry lemonade taste water down, cajun rice taste unseasoned and the shrimp look like popcorn shrimp instead of butterfly... shrimp. Food was just nasty and a waste of 8 bucks.
