Do not use the mobile ordering option. This is supposed to speed up the process but does exactly the opposite. They don?t start... your order until you arrive. I waited 20 minutes for 8 count nuggets meal. I saw cars wrapped around the building that allordered and received their food in the drive through before I received my order. Never again. Read more
They need to learn to manage traffic. You have customers stuck in the lot, people driving over curbs trying to get out, I saw at... least one fender bender. They will have half a dozen kids running around taking orders, but no one managing the trafficpatterns. I spoke to the manager who shrugged me off because she didn't have the time and the people to care. This happened at1230ish pm 09/10/22. I used to use their catering for my company events. Never again will I spend a dollar at this establishmentafter what I witnessed today and the manager's utter lack of competency. If you want to get stuck in a parking lot for over 40minutes and still not get your food then be my guest. Nothing fast about this fast food. A call to my insurance company for afender bender when someone hits my car is not worth the savings of ordering a cheap chicken sandwich. Read more

I was home visiting (Richmond,VA) and getting to Chic-fil-A before returning North was definitely on my list. However, as with... every other restaurant they didn't have as much staff as they typically have. Also, having ordered the chicken ???? strips,medium waffles fries and a small chocolate shake at a cost $13,78 as I drove off and stuck my hands in the bag off my fries ????I quickly realized there weren't many fries. There were literally 7 waffle fries ???? in the box. My supposed chocolate shakedidn't have much flavor whatsoever!! However, having ordered the four chicken ???? strips they did not disappoint! This is a very clean Chick-fil-a, with a great deal of care going into the prompt and friendly service. You can tell that the... cashier who helped us, and unfortunatelyI did not catch her name, really loves helping people and what she does. That is sodifficult to find these days! The food is hot and fresh. The service is quick. My shake was great with a lit of whip cream. Sheeven started my soda over, because it had spilled all over the cup. She did not want anyone having a messy drink. It is soimportant and much appreciated these days! Read more

I don't usually review fast food. But tonight I went here tired and hungry and ordered a spicy southwest salad. "What kind of... dressing?" Creamy salsa I said. And they completely forgot the dressing. It's not that difficult, people! It's a 20 minute driveback there. Good job, guys. Read more
