Worst Chick-fil-A experience I?ve ever had. Drive through staff acted like no one had ever done this before. At every step, the... person acted like they had no idea what they were doing. The person taking my order clearly did not want to be there and couldnot have cared less that he got it wrong 3 times. It was not a complicated order. I?ve ordered the spicy chicken biscuit combo twice from this location and both times the chicken is tiny and hardly any chicken... to it. Hard to justify going back when service is slow and you hardly get the meal you pay for. Read more

This review isn?t about the food, but about the poor conditions the staff had to endure tonight. It?s pouring and 45 degrees... out, and the poor attendant in the drive thru was only wearing a thin CFA fleece; she didn?t have gloves or a hat. She mentionedthe heater kept turning off, and her nose was running so badly. CFA should not put their staff outside for the drive thru ifthey?re not properly prepared for the weather. Please provide your staff with better gear for the colder temperatures. Read more
