Worst Chick-fil-A experience I?ve ever had. Drive through staff acted like no one had ever done this before. At every step, the... person acted like they had no idea what they were doing. The person taking my order clearly did not want to be there and couldnot have cared less that he got it wrong 3 times. It was not a complicated order. I finally gave up the third time and justtook whatever he typed in. Hopefully these people get some training. Read more
I?ve ordered the spicy chicken biscuit combo twice from this location and both times the chicken is tiny and hardly any chicken... to it. Hard to justify going back when service is slow and you hardly get the meal you pay for. Read more
Past two times I have ordered they have gotten my market salad with no blue cheese wrong. The two i got on my previous visit... came loaded with blue cheese and I just got back from picking up my mobile order and they gave me two southwest salads. Theyalso got the chicken wrong. Thats four salads in two visits over the past week. Have tried calling the store ten times but themanager never answers and the line disconnects after asking for an access code. I have been to this location several of times. But lately the quality of food has been poor. I am not sure if staff is rushing... because they get extremely busy. But not topping off the fries and filling the container halfway..just throwing the food in thebag. And now today it was my drink I asked for a sun joy and what I got was definitely what was left of what ever they had mydrink was literally like a slush of pulp. I recorded a video of my drink but I can only post pictures. People come tochick-fil-a and pay good money for the quality of the food there should be no reason why we should have to experience lessdefinitely disappointed. Read more
This is by far the worst chick-fil-a I ever been too. Other locations have both lanes open and curbside available. But not this... one, they suppose to have two lanes open but it only one lane. The line is wrapped around to the light. Read more
This review isn?t about the food, but about the poor conditions the staff had to endure tonight. It?s pouring and 45 degrees... out, and the poor attendant in the drive thru was only wearing a thin CFA fleece; she didn?t have gloves or a hat. She mentionedthe heater kept turning off, and her nose was running so badly. CFA should not put their staff outside for the drive thru ifthey?re not properly prepared for the weather. Please provide your staff with better gear for the colder temperatures. Read more
