Something about this location is just off. It doesn?t taste like chick fil a. I?ve ordered the buffalo sauce twice and it?s just... an odd color and doesn?t taste right. Sandwiches are small and taste different than other locations too. Can?t even get a simplecup of water right.. it was pink..AND my salad barely had any chicken in it.. Read more
Chick-fil-A has the best Cobb salad, delicious!! The drive thru was quick service. Zaxby's salads can't compare to Chick-fil-A... salads. Love the Garden Herb Ranch dressing. Read more
I really love the food at Chick-fil-A, but this location's rebuild is not good. It was actually better previously. When you... pull in front to get in the drive through lane, you can easily block the people who have just received their food and are tryingto get out of the drive through lane. It is just too tight of a lot that this location is situated on, and they actually madeit worse with the remodel. They should have abandoned that lot and built a new restaurant on a larger lot nearby. Read more
In Rocky Mount, NC. Easy to get through at any hour. 2 lanes, 3-5 employees working the orders. Highly efficient and... knowledgeable! It never bothers me to see a long line in the drive-thru because I know it still will be a short wait, withcorrect orders and the best food! Read more
Every visit to this place is remarkable. They're so efficient with the drive-thru, having 2 lanes and friendly order takers... along the line where you order and pay right there! The drive-thru was easy, efficient, and speedy. My only issue is that I prefer to use the mobile app so that I can have my order... paid and ready to go, but for some reason, this particular location still shows as closed and won't allow mobile orders. Imentioned it to an employee the last time I visited here and was told that that still happens for some customers and they don'tknow why. I would think that with today's technology, someone should be able to figure it out and fix it by now. Read more
