Use to be my favorite stop in the mornings two to three times a week and occasionally lunch. After my last visit I have not been... back. At the end of my sweet tea noticed I had a contaminated visitor in my cup. Emailed Chick Fil A about it. Response seemedlike no big deal. The item is a stopper that goes at the bottom of appliances. Any other problems I let go like mixup between abowl and burrito, forgetting my salad dressing when I asked for two, that kind of thing. I had to dry swallow a salad. I used to enjoy going to this location all the time but the last 3-4 months has declined in service. Every other visit, I have... to send food back because my order is wrong. I clearly state what I want via app or at the counter & they somehow manage to messit up. For breakfast I usually order a chicken biscuit & curbside because the line is wrapped around the building?. Have always gotten great service and hot food at this location. The staff is always friendly. My latest visit I had my order... taken by an extremely friendly and professional team member, Zoe. First off I love chick fila and I have never had issues with my food or service that I can ever remember??however this was my... first time coming to this location and might be my last. I did an online pick up, The person bringing me my food was great nicesmiled..awesome when I got home and took the lid off my cup and poured it in my stainless cup to keep cold I noticed lipstick onthe rim of my cup. Definitely not mine needless to say?..disturbing not sure how or why that would happen. Read more

The quality is getting worse ,they charge more than mc Donald?s but quality is similar where are my yummy crunchy nuggets and... right size milk shake if they gonna charge extra for milkshake better be worth it ????????????????. Read more
