The service was awful. Only one younger guy was working the food and one person run the register. The line had 15 people or... more. Three other staff members were standing around talking at the grill area watching the other working staff membersstruggle. Not only was the service horrendous, but I didn't even finish my food because it tasted so bad. When I walked in it was two... gentleman in front of me that hadn't been waited on. It was three people in the cook station two people processing Mobil ordersand only one person on the line. He seemed to be new and he kept trying to push through with no help. Then when we tried to getthe other employees attention to help out they just ignored us. I finally asked the guy on the line if he could make our foodall at once and he did. As we were going through the line about four white people come in behind us and suddenly every one inthe cooking area and the mobile order area magically mustard up the strength to assist. Went there on the Bogo friends day - buy 1 get 1 free entree. They were out of chips, cheese and lettuce maybe because how busy... it was. The service could have been better, the staff didn?t seem too friendly (I understand they had a busy day though). Thefood was good - the guacamole was fantastic!! 4.2 / 5. We have always loved our meals at this location, unfortunately there were several issues with our recent order. This review is... more of recommendation for improvement instead of complaint. It appears as they have ran out of aluminum lids, all take outorders were covered with aluminum foil. They have stacked four bowls in one paper bag. By the time I got to the car, thebottom of the bag was soaked. Sauces spilled all over the car. Attached photo is the chicken bowl that was placed on thebottom of the bag. Use multiple bags would fix the problem. The second issue was all our five bowls contained too much liquid. Wasn?t like that before. Proper use of the serving spoon when assemble the order or proper training would eliminate this issueas well. The last problem was that there was no obvious mark indicating there were two paper bags for the order. Our secondbag had a blank white tape and no markings. If I didn?t go back for an additional order, I would have left our second bag onthe pickup shelf. Hope the management would consider to improve the quality of customer orders. I will still order from thislocation; I am sure we will be happy with our next order. Almost forgot to mention, paid extra for guacamole for one of thebowls, but did not receive any guacamole. Dirty dining room, hair in the food, stale chips and a staff that did not care. We went in around 2:30pm, well after the lunch... rush. We were the only people in line yet we waited almost 5 minutes for anyone to even speak to us as they were too busy eithan jnternet order to greet us. Once we had our food, we had to clean a table because they were all dirty. The long dark blackhair in my friend's bowl wS the final straw. Will never visit this location again, they are not worthy of the Chipolte name. Read more
