This place never has anything fresh or anything at all. We?ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after over... 10 times here and you still continue to be out of the same stuff that?s a problem. This is a prime location and for it to be outof stuff at all times of the day that?s a huge problem. The customer service here was also terrible. I hate being one of thosepeople that complain because I know how hard the food industry is, something had to be said. Oh and let?s not forgot about howdirty the place is. Read more

I would give this location a four or five out of five if it weren't for the to-go staff. Every single time I order in advance,... my food is 10-15 minutes late to the shelf. The line of 10-15+ people during lunch cycles faster than my food that I ordered 15minutes ago, making me wait another 10. Whoever is on to-go duty during weekday lunch hours, should at least be working aslower shift, if at all. Read more

What is going on? Locking the doors then makes us wait outside to collect our online orders. Chipotle heavily raised their... prices and can?t even update the hours to let us know when they are open or closed. No one answers the phone. Random days theyclose don?t know why. Other ways open at random times like 2pm. This location always is out of something whether it?s soda,chicken, half the toppings, employees you name it. They need some help! One time I came and the sour cream was like water. Itwas stated it wasn?t thawed properly but was still being served. A couple employees always seem a bit off like they?re ready toexplode. One girl slid my burrito directly over a huge glob of sour cream so my foil was filthy. I was truly stunned at theaudacity of it. One girl always huffs and puffs when she seems ppl coming in bc she can?t handle multiple orders. Looks like noone?s wants to work here. Every time we go here, they are out of some essential ingredient. Rice, beans, tortillas, chips, an entire protein? this last... time, they had zero pinto beans and no guac. I am no longer willing to order through the app because of 1) how unreliable theirmenu is, and 2) how difficult it is to get a refund (have to go through their website. Can?t be refunded in the store the foodwas ordered from.) I really want to like Chipotle as a business, but these issues occur every single time we go, no matter towhich location. By giving one star I am praising far too highly. Dirty store, poor customer service, only bothered to tell me they were out of... something because I opened my bag and looked while at the counter. Can't give refund in store for item that was not receivedand poor service by staff and "manager" continued with their in-app chat bot and customer "service" phone line. Really? ALIMITED TIME "REWARD" for the item I didn't receive (and not even for the same item), instead of an actual refund for the item? Read more

Unbelievable how bad this location is. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. In the past 2 years it has become a... nightmare. Lazy staff with no work ethic. Disgusting food is a understatement. This location honestly needs to be shut down.The possibility of contracting food poisoning is extremely high. The food smeared all over the spit shield and the food trayarea is covered in old rotten food. Every surface in this location is filthy. You will not find a single table that has beenwiped down. It was difficult for everyone to find employees with the pandemic. But if you have over 10 people staffed like thislocation always does you can clean your food prep surfaces and tables. The service was horrible as well as the employee barely adding food to the bowl. I ask for bean he adds half a spoonful so then... I had to request more. Never will I visit again I know they skimp on online orders, but in person is just rude anddisrespectful. Not to mention that the customer before got a side of guacamole and guacamole residue is on my container lid. Read more

First of all, I have had previous issues with the staff at this Chipotle being rude and nasty. Second of all, I am home sick... with Covid and ordered chipotle through Uber Eats. Upon receiving my food, they gave me the complete WRONG order even though myorder is printed on the ticket that comes on the bag. I tried calling after UE gave me a refund, but my phone calls wentunanswered. Do not eat at this rinky dink Chipotle, and choose another one elsewhere that might just value your time more thanthis one will. Read more
