If you?re ordering via one of the delivery services, just accept that you?re not getting most of what you order &... what you do get will be a sloppy mess that isn?t very appealing to eat. Served completely raw chicken in all three meals that I ordered that evening. For myself and kids. Trashed everything.

Staff was quick to simply say no when I asked if they had vinaigrette sauce. Start of dinner time 5:30/6:00pm, one would think... all menu items would be prepared and available. Just this week, similar time, I waited in line for 10 minutes, as I go to placemy order I'm told there's no white rice lol. Why not put up a sign and save me the frustration. Other locations are normallygood, but the last two experiences at this one (especially with gas prices being so high) I won't bother considering it as anoption anymore. Read more

Went to this location for lunch. No one greeted me when I came in. No one asked if I needed any help with the setup. Good thing... I had been to Chipotle before. I ordered a salad. Food was cold and had no flavor whatsoever. My romaine lettuce was not greenand had a lot of the ends in it. Also, ordered the chips which were also flavorless and hardly had enough to eat with my salad.Maybe 10 total were in the bag if that. I haven't been to Chipotle in years but something has changed. The food was awful andthe employees were unconcerned. Will never go back to this location on Midlothian Turnpike again. Read more

Cold food, every time. Being fair, I only order online. However I specifically arrive a few minutes before my pickup time in... order to get my food as soon as its ready. Every single time at this location if my name isn't immediately visible on a bag theytell me it's not ready. When I finally ask again now 5 minutes after my pickup time, magically there's a bag of completelyready food that's obviously been sitting for 10-15 minutes. I'm waiting right across the counter, what do they think I'mseeing? Just give me my food the first time. I like chipotle but I don't like having to plan an extra 10 minutes after I gethome to have a hot meal. Read more

As a previous chipotle employee, when someone asks for a quesadilla it comes with an option of sides and it is not extra for... guacamole unless one of the sides is a meat. A few weeks ago, I was charged for the cheese quesadilla and was charged extra forthe guacamole, I didn?t really mind paying the extra and I was in a rush so I didn?t say nothing. Today, my guacamole came with2 ends of an avocado and only received about half a scoop of chicken. With that being said, would recommend going to thechipotle near Chesterfield Town Center instead.
