Choose a different location!!! Recently there is one person working the line, one doing online orders in the back and one doing... food prep, making line wait times insane. Usually there is a line to the door. They are understaffed, which makes you feel badfor the employees. This Chipotle is in one of the busiest areas in Richmond (Carytown) and consistently they are out of keyingredients. I?ve gone twice this week and each time they have been out of chicken. Yesterday (7pm) I waited in a 5 person linefor 30+ minutes, to be told they were out of chicken when it was my turn to order. I left and figured out different dinnerplans, like I had a few days prior. A couple of people had already walked out because they were out of many ingredients. If youorder ahead, beware, the portion sizes are very small. I typically love Chipotle because it?s a place I can order food thatmeets the needs of my dietary restrictions. This Chipotle is very unreliable. It?s a couple miles away, but if you want a betterexperience, go to the Willow Lawn location. Read more

Horrible experience with this location... - ordered online at 5pm for a 6:50pm pickup, Arrived at 6:45pm, order didn't come out... until 7:30pm, staff seemed to have "in about 10 minutes" programmed as a stock response. - received order... burritos werecold, quesadillas were missing most of their sides (no queso, salsa or sour cream) - staff tells us that they ran out of thoseingredients and that's the best they could do. - also informs us that we can't cancel or reimburse our order in light of thisnearly incomplete order. (Turns out they had no cheese, salsa, sour cream or guacamole since about 5pm) - get home and attemptto eat our incomplete meals... Black beans on the burritos were so over-seasoned that it made my wife sick. I didn't even finishhalf of my burrito because it was so over-seasoned (one bite was so spicy, it was burning my tongue before evenchewing). Today was my last visit to this location. I waited in line only to get my order started and then they said they were out of... basically every topping. No cheese, guac or sour cream, in fact they only had pico de gallo. AND IT WAS ONLY NOON! The lasttime I went to this location they were out of toppings. I mean what's the point? $$$ Also I noticed a significant difference inthe amount of servings. They put on a sprinkle of black beans. I walked out. NEVER GOING BACK TO CARY TOWN CHIPOLTLE Zero Stars! It?s pretty wild that this location seems to just straight up ignore the details of an order and just slop together whatever... combination of ingredients they feel like. My order wasn?t even close. Wrong proteins. Missing proteins. No beans. No Fajitaveggies. No cheese. No salsa. No sour cream. And who needs guac when you can instead include an unripe piece of avocado! They're going to be out of at least two things. Management is clearly not handling inventory well. Supply chain too I guess?... Staffing is a major issue but that's everywhere. That being said this chipotle is still way better than the other one thatconstantly closes hours early. A couple of these new employees have a major attitude problem and practically seemed offendedwhen I came in for a burrito. Just glad they have employees now. Realistically this is a very mid range C-tier chipotle but theyget the job done so you should still go. Read more

You can do better anywhere else than this chipotle. The customer service is terrible, and they are constantly out of key... ingredients. I just went to pick up an order, and while waiting for my 15 min late order they threw out the lettuce in thestore since it was "not up to chipotle standards", yet they were fine with serving it to me. When asked to remake the food, wasinformed they were out of other ingredients that were supposed to be in my meal. The manager on duty refused to speak to mesince she was "too busy". They obviously do not care about food standards or their customers. Read more

Consistently terrible. It is highly likely that you will NOT get what you ordered (online) and the manager makes you go to... chipotle?s automated chat system to try to get a refund. The app isn?t updated so you don?t know when they are out of things andthey are ALWAYS out of basic ingredients. And most of the time the automated chat system won?t give you a refund, they just giveyou a coupon for free guac when I didn?t even order nor want guac. So basically they are stealing from you. You do not get whatyou ordered and the people in the store don?t even bother to mention that half your meal is missing. They just let you get homeand figure that out yourself. The store is also really dirty in the back food storage and prep areas. Im a food safetyprofessional and this place has red flags and violations. I suggest eating elsewhere. Read more

Are you on a diet or just hate getting what you pay for? This Chipotle is perfect for you! I've ordered from here off the app... twice, and both times I've gotten a burrito so small I wouldn't even consider it half of what it should be. It's so small, youprobably won't even need napkins! Which is great, because this location is so cheap they won't give you those either. Read more
