Took my grandson there for his birthday and the staff acted like it was a bother to them. Cashier stayed on the phone why he... was suppose to be interacting with the kids as they picked out their prizes. I mean dam it's over rated as it is and theemployees can't even take the time with the kids. This was the broad street location. Manager on duty acted like it was abother instead of his job to correct the issues with the cashiers. They also need to train their associates on the product thatthey are.promoting.The greeting cashier had no clue on how to ring things up and what was the best deals. The most terrible food I didn?t eat. My soon and I weren?t available to eat the food was extremely salted we asked for change... the fries and they just gave us another extremely salted too and also the bad mood of the workers just terrible place for myfirst little one experience. Read more

This place is a parent?s nightmare. Staff wasn?t very friendly. Prices were highway robbery considering the majority of the... machines were either out of order or extremely outdated. The photo machine was down. All of the ski ball games were broken. Atone point the bottom panel of the ski ball machine fell on my foot. It hurt really bad. I?m in my mid twenties and see a lot ofthe old machines from when I was 5. We paid for one hour cards but my kids were bored after 10 minutes. The facility was dirtyand overcrowded. I was constantly stepping over trash and food. If you want peace of mind and value for your dollar, I recommendDave & Busters as an alternative. Read more
My grand daughter celebrated her 5th birthday here today. She really enjoyed herself. The management was awesome and considerate... of all of our needs. We enjoyed helping the kids build tickets for prizes. It was spacious and not crowded at all. I woulddefinitely recommend this place for future celebrations. Read more
Been to a lot of Chuck E. Cheeses and this one was pretty clean and not too crowded when we went. There were some arcade staff... that look like they didn't want to work there but most of the staff were very nice and helpful. Great for the kids and a mascotdoes rounds and takes pictures with the kids. Read more
My kid enjoys a lot whenever we go to Chuck E cheese. Need to buy pass or ticket for every playing items. They have a good... arrangement for birthday parties also. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Read more
Never again! Yesterday was was my child's 4th birthday and decided to celebrate here! The manager Jamie was extremely... unprofessional! I spent $179 for a birthday party of 5 kid guest. Upon arrival our tables where not ready, had to host my ownparty witch a party host was supposed to be included. When I spoke with the manager Jamie to find out why I didn't receive mypoints on their app after my purchase (employee rushed through and didn't scan my qr code that I was holding in front of her) sowhen I went to the manager Jamie to try to get the situation resolved he decided to keep overtaking me and being extremely rude(lasted about 30 minutes during my child's birthday party) and so much, more at this point I was extremely upset, alreadymissed part of my child's party and wasn't able to enjoy his day because his nonexistent customer service. ABSOLUTELY the worst!I will contact corporate because I have never experienced something like this, never again and a total waste of money Read more
