Ordered online which was great got there and nobody inside was to be found.... music blasting, phones ringing and 7 people... waiting on line...10 minutes ago by and a female walked out looked at all of us and just went about her business not paying anyof us attention.... finally about 15 minutes later a delivery driver comes in from out delivering and helps us right away...shewas very pleasent and apologetic but also could tell she was highly upset about the situation...if I hadn't paid already I wouldhave left but I will never go back again!!!¡ Read more
Forgot to take a pic, but ordered 2 pizzas online, 1 with no cheese. Most places are so used to putting cheese on that they pay... no attention to the "NO CHEESE" request and do it anyway. If I could give negative stars I would. I tried giving this place another chance but it?s literally always something with this... place! It?s been awhile since I?ve ordered from here so today I figured I?d give it another chance. Well, I can say the pizzawas decent but the hot buffalo wings were barely covered. But let?s focus on the service. So, I ordered for curbside and clicked?I?m here? when I arrived. I waited the 2 minutes and no one came, so I went in. I tell the cashier that I had an order forcurbside and she told me ?you need to check in because it?s not showing you checked in.? I told her that I hit ?I?m here? andwaited for 2 min. She said, ?well it?s not showing you claimed the order, you need to check in.? I went to my car to get myphone to show her what I said and she calls over someone else. He then goes on to tell me ?I need to check in for the orderbecause they weren?t notified.? Well, instead of constantly telling me to check in, why not just give me my order!? So I proceedto say, ?well I?m here now, can I get my order?? Very disappointed in my order. My bbq wings were barely covered in bbq sauce and my thin crust pizza, that was supposed to have... been an ultimate pepperoni, was so crunchy and over cooked that it was so dry and flavorless, I couldn?t eat it. Read more
I was trying to not give them a star at all being that I ordered a 2 topping pizza and a sausage pasta dish and got no food... delivered to me at all!!! Tossed and turned the whole night waiting for food that wasn't coming and no! Of course they don'tanswer the phone either! I still haven't spoken to anyone or gotten my money back for the food!
