Ordered Pizza from here and it was delicious, Great service from the delivery driver Tris (I believe his name was)
Everything went great, I was skeptical if they would deliver over a mile.4, he said yes, and it's early first thing 10am, good... service to me ????. I just literally had a driver try to ENTER MY HOME WITHOUT PERMISSION AND PREVENT ME FROM SHUTTING MY DOOR. There was apparently... an issue with my online payment, and the driver came back to ask for money. They were pounding on the door, and I was a littleuncomfortable opening it, but I did. They put their body into my apartment to block me from closing the door when I said I wouldcall the store to pay. After repeated requests for the driver to move out of my apartment and let go of the door I finally wasable to push them out and get the door shut. I'm still shaking. This was insane. Read more
Worst customer experience imaginable. Ordered a pizza, never received. Unable to contact store since they don't answer their... phone. Called multiple times, put on hold for well over an hour. I placed an order online and everything went through as it normally would. Then I waited over an hour before calling and... listening to their hold ads for another half hour. I finally decided to go down to the store myself to find that they had closeda full hour and half before I ever placed my order! Read more
first review ive ever had to write but i made a 40 dollar order because im unable to cook currently in my apartment and needed... food after a long day of work and packing so scheduled an order to be delivered at 9pm its now 10pm and im unable to evencontact the store. really just wanted the comfort and ease of dominos but this is just ridiculous.. Where do I begin? My husband and I submitted an order on the app for 6 pizzas for our daughter?s birthday party at 11:30 am,... scheduled to be delivered at 1:00 pm. 1:30 came around and the pizzas hadn?t arrived. I called the store and no one answered. Iwas put on an automatic hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I kept calling and no oneanswered. I had yet to speak to a human being. I kept checking the app tracker and it was stuck in ?Prep? for over an hour. Ieventually got through to someone over the phone at around 2:07. They told me they had to open the store late and seemed totallyunaware that my pizzas were late at all. I was told that they would deliver them next as soon as the delivery driver got backfrom delivering other pizzas. I honestly think our order just got lost or something? They told me they wouldn?t charge me forthe pizzas, which was nice. I expected them to come within 30-40 minutes after that call, which would have made the deliverynearly two hours late, but I was trying to be patient and understanding. Another hour passed and still no pizzas. The tracker onthe app kept saying that they were being baked, then inspected post-bake, then it would go back to saying ?baked? again. I triedto call the restaurant many times over the course of 30 minutes. We were fast approaching 3 hours since our requested arrivaltime and would soon no longer need the pizzas because the party was ending. Eventually we had to leave the party location. Theapp tracker was stuck in ?Delivery? for hours. We eventually went out to Mellow Mushroom, ha. I still don?t know what happenedand why they were so late. I don?t know if they even tried to deliver them because they may have showed up after we left. Inever received a call from the delivery person trying to locate us. It was so weird. It?s fine as far as Dominos goes. Not the best pizza but service is good.
