Tried to place an order online and it wouldn?t accept it, stated I had to call in to the location. When I called into the... location I asked if they could still apply the coupon I had planned on using and they said no. The manager was rude and no helpat all. We haven?t ordered dominos in over a year because the quality is horrible compared to others and thought we would trythem out again, but thank you for reminding me of why we will never eat here again. Got delivered someone else's order, I called the store to notify them, and they asked if I wanted the order to be remade. Since... I already waited over an hr for my food and it was getting late I asked for just a refund. They agreed to refund me and cancelthe remade order. And hr or 2 later there was a new delivery driver at my house with the correct order. All though this orderwas correct it was 4 hours after I originally ordered as well I already asked for it to be canceled and to get a refund. Theyapologized and said the refund will be there in a few business days. At the end of the week I called back because I still havenot seen the refund, and the store now has no record of my order. Still can't get a refund, still can't get any answers. Thiswill be the last time I ever order from this location let alone dominos. Read more
They were fast and the pizza was good. My only complaint is the inside restaurant was so small and it was a lot of people all... packed in there to get their pizzas. I would suggest that you order delivery from this particular pizza place. Read more
Pretty average dominos. They?re quick and always put the right toppings on. There?s a reason I?m not leaving 5 , 4 or even 3... stars. 80% of the time the associates won?t cut your pizza properly. I?m talking, you fully have to buy your own pizza cutter ifyou order often. This isn?t satisfactory. ???? MY EXPERIENCE: I have 2.5 years experience baking craft pizzas. I?ve worked in akitchen, made my own dough, tossed my own pies. I?ve even worked the super-bowl, Christmas, Halloween. Even when the kitchendoors were busting off the hinges, I NEVER let a customer get an Uncut pizza. anyway.. The other night my girlfriend was over,and I looked super goofy tearing the pizza apart with my hands. We were getting crumbs everywhere trying to eat this floppything. Read more
When this place follows through they follow through. However half the time the staff has not been competent enough to even give... me the right order, and it?s been someone else?s pizza. Furthermore when trying to resolve this issue rather than help thecustomer, they resort to cancelling the whole order and ghosting them. Read more
I?ve given this place multiple chances they continue to let me down. Each pizza I have ordered has had an issue. They slap... whatever came out the oven in the box and hope you don?t call and complain. I will never order at this location again. It?s asorry excuse for a dominos pizza! Try something else. Terrible experience time after time with this location. I have ordered three separate times from them and waited almost 2 1/2... hours for my food to be delivered. The phone operator does not always answer. Some drivers force customers to give them tips.Overall terrible service, efficient time management of orders and customer service is needed here ASAP.
