I recently had an arrangement ordered and sent to me by a family member. The arrangement was the worse I have ever seen from... this location. Fruit wasn't fresh and it started to go bad not even two days later. Condensation had built up in the plasticwrap that usually wraps the larger bouquets. The chocolate on the strawberries had started to break down. I guess just likeother businesses, edible arrangements make enough money that they feel they can give the customers anything. Paid to have arrangement delivered to my mother in the hospital and it was never delivered. Tried to call the Main St store in... Richmond, VA & got the call center in Atlanta, GA. Was told you don?t deliver to patients rooms.You should have stated thatonline in the order process. I will never use your company again. Read more
