Good subs, can't complain, but you can probably find a better local source for an Italian sub.... Maybe add hot peppers?

My experience echoes the sentiments of some other recent reviews. We tried to order online, but you can't pay with a Firehouse... gift card(which is sold right in their stores). So we headed to the location and walked in 20 minutes before closing. We don'tlike to keep people late, nor do we want to keep them from cleaning up. We ordered our 2 subs, and we were told that they wereout of tomatoes. We had to repeat what we wanted several times, and each time another ingredient wasn't available for our TurkeySubs. No Provolone Cheese, so we got Monterey Jack. No mustard, but she could give us packets. She also seemed to be sick witheither a cold or allergies, and she wasn't wearing a mask, which was concerning. Everyone was nice, but we just wanted a goodexperience for the $33 we spent. Finally, we weren't asked for our points code or phone number, so we had to wait for themachine to "time out". Honestly, we have never had a bad experience at a Firehouse subs before. These folks were either poorlytrained, have developed bad practices, or were just plain tired and done for the day. I understand all of those things thesedays, but it makes for poor customer service. This location lacks quality control. It's a reoccurring problem. I've had sandwiches that neither me nor my wife would even eat... because it was pure fat. And today is case I spent twice as much on a subway sandwich because I went to firehouse and I gothalf the options. Their steak quality was that of subways, And honestly I think Subway would have given me more meat, Anddefinitely would have had more options. But instead I went to firehouse and spent $17. I feel like I was eating a mayonnaisehoagie with a seasoning of steak. There was no substance to it. It was just pure mush and bread Read more

I got a Turkey, Bacon, Ranch, large. There was 2 pieces of Bacon on it. So one part of the sandwich had none. Are they... getting like Subway? I am disappointed in them. I went there to get a decent sandwich and they skipped. Bummer. Read more

I got the brisket sandwich and it was really good. I was upset to see that they don't have the 1-10 selection of hot sauces.... It's one of my favorite things about Firehouse. I understand that there may be precautions because of covid. But maybe theycould have employees serve the sauces in small dipping cups Read more

Just left this location, and I had to stop in the parking lot to leave this review. I ordered a brisket sub of some type and it... was by far the best sandwich I have had all year. I am definitely coming back to this location again. The staff was extremelyfriendly and truly know how to make a meal. It's worth hopping off the interstate if you are hungry. Read more

Placed an online order for pick up at 12pm. Got there 5 mins early. Had to wait for my soup to be heated and my sandwiches were... ready when I got there. My hot sandwiches where mush when I got them. The manager was not helping his front-end staff take careof the business load during the lunch rush and the care of handing me hot sandwiches that sat there 15-20 mins was unacceptable.I cannot believe this occurred and when I asked to have them remade, I was told to have a good day. This has never been myexperience with firehouse, but this manager has no business in the food industry. Even after all the waiting and extra money Ipaid to have topping added to my soup. I got no toppings and cold soup. It was never heated. It was cold to the touch uponreceiving it. I am just baffled that a manager would allow his staff to serve hot food that was not properly heated.
