I have been here a couple of times. Usually it's really good. Last night was not so great. The fries tasted old with a heavy... peanut flavor. I saw them cooking fries so I believe they were fresh, but they didn't taste good. The burger didn't taste thatgreat either. Food was good. Restroom was clean. Tables were not clean. Both of the fountain soda machines were serving warm watered down... Coke. I ended up asking for a bottled one instead. Staff were friendly. Read more
Burgers and food are fine, but they?re really leaning into the fact that they?re in a busy mall and using that as an excuse to... be rude and keep a very dirty restaurant. Cashier was about as rude as they come, and didn?t seem like they were very nice tothe rest of their coworkers either. The crew member serving the food was nice a friendly, however the the crew member takingorders treated me like I was the one being rude to them buy being a polite customer ordering my food. Like I get that no onewants to be at work necessarily, but if you hate your job that much just stay home and save us all the trouble of having to dealwith your terrible attitude or maybe don?t put the person with the terrible attitude up front working the counter. Makes for anunpleasant experience right from the get go. Read more
From time to order to getting my food took 12 minutes with only one person in front of me. Little bacon cheese, little fry,... little drink cost $20. The taste and temp was good which is the only thing warranting the stars Read more
Ordered a single burger with bacon, cheese, and the works. Also, got a medium fry and drink. Everything was fresh, hot, and oh... so good! This place never disappoints! Read more
More about process than food.. tried to order delivery (it said i was within delivery hours), and after several attempts, when... it looked like i had chosen delivery, i got the 'pick up order will be ready in 10 minutes '. Rather than call and try toexplain, i just picked up. Despite ordering ahead, i had to wait 5 minutes for fries to be cooked. Read more
Cashier was very friendly and patient. Keep in mind if you go here their prices are restaurant grade, not typical fast food.... I've also had at least a 10 minute wait every time I go here which is fine with me because I enjoy the food. Just be aware.There is not a lot of seating inside and because of the weight even people getting food to go we'll grab a table while they waitsometimes. Read more
I go for the fries but decided to order a BLT as well this go around. I literally had maybe 2 pieces of bacon on that sandwich.... It was ridiculous esp. For almost 9.00. Never again. Staff was pleasant. Read more
