GO Away Bird! Despite the 4.2 overall score, I didn\'t have high expectations for Go Bird. Not for any reason in particular, but... just because I didn\'t believe the chicken at a place that sold only chicken tenders would be that good (Zaxby\'s). That beingsaid, the tenders, although on the small side, were decent. Hot and crispy, but could\'ve used a little moreseasoning.\n\nHowever, from that point on, it was all downhill. Fries tasted like baked Oreida fries, cole slaw had no flavor,and while the bread was nicely toasted, who really wants the toast? The hot sauce was too vinegary, and to charge basically $8and not even include a drink is robbery. They also do not carry honey mustard, which, I don\'t know of another place that sellschicken tenders and DOESN\'T have honey mustard.\n\nOn the flip side, the place was very clean inside and the staff wasfriendly, but I will be surprised if this place is still around 2 years from now. You can get better tenders, better fries AND adrink down the street at Chick-Fil-A for less. If you\'re still interested, my suggestion: get chicken only and get your fries,drink and sauces from the McDonald\'s across the street. Read more
I cannot believe how sad this meal is, I was starving and it was like a bad joke to open up the take out box. The tenders are... tiny and dry, barely any fries (and unseasoned crinkle fries - the worst kind). I love their tenders. Never been a tender fan. They changed my mind. The season is just right. When it first opened I was... going at least once every week. Friendly staff. Coleslaw could be a little more moist. But other than that no complaints. Read more
First time eating here today and the chicken tenders were really good!! Nice flavor and crispy. Good size too. The bird sauce is... a must have!!! I don’t even like coleslaw like that because most places are dry but this one was tasty! Read more
Stopped by Go Bird for lunch and ordered the #3. The chicken tenders were seasoned well and extremely tender. Simply put,... Delicious! The fries were cooked well, nicely seasoned, and crispy crunchy! I would recommend this establishment to anyone.Everything inside and out was well maintained and very clean. 3 piece tenders with coleslaw, Texas toast & fries. Tried the \"house made\" ranch . Everything was good. Drive thru is the... only option currently. Would have maybe given 1 more star if they would have included a fork for the slaw. Read more
Tbh, I wasn’t expecting anything special from this place, boy was I wrong. The prices were really well and the portions were... satisfying. I ordered the chicken nuggets and they were perfect size and seasoned nicely. When I pulled up they I explained itwas my first time. The man id later to find out was the acting GM was very welcoming and allowed me to take my time. When Ipulled up to the window he cracked a joke and was very pleasant. He ended our interaction with a simple “my pleasure” it’snot often you find a worker who loves their job and makes it known. While he was inside I heard him uplifting his teammembers.\nLong story short food 10/10\nCustomer 10/10 absolutely recommended and will most certainly be back.
