I ask for all white meat on my orange chicken and when they bread it the chicken is so thin that it was basically all breading.... I ask for white rice and got fried rice ! The oil from the rice was so overpowering it was not good ! 12.06 for lunch and reallywas disappointed…. There was no one in the place so I should have complained , but I’ll never go back !!!!!! I've been here more than once throughout the year and the first few orders were fine but I've noticed a difference in the food... when different people are working/cooking here. The food here is never consistent. I've bought Hot and Sour soup at least 5times from here and it's never the same. Too watery, not flavorful, etc. This week I bought some of the soup and there wasundissolved gelatin/starch throughout the soup! I'm not talking a few pieces but a lot! It was not melted/blended properly intothe soup. That was the final straw for me. The prices here have steadily gone up and now you charge $ 2.50 for ONE tiny springroll? It's 3 inches. I've had the shrimp lo mein a few times but the last time it was horribly dry. I bought the wings once andthey were good, the second time, they were dry and sauce was flavorless. So I stopped buying those, too. I gave this location afair try and came back a few times thinking maybe someone was having an "off day" in the kitchen. But after the starch/gelatinchunks in the soup and ridiculous prices for less than average food, I'm out. Read more
Okay; so here are my thoughts... 1st time there and I decided to keep it simple so the hubby and I ordered 2 shrimp rolls and... 2 crab Rangoon. The egg roll was warm and nice large, and tasty. I had really high hopes for the food. It was very pricey! The food was not good to me. It’s my first time at this restaurant... so I’m going to give them another chance but the general tsos chicken I got was fried nice and crispy but lacked taste and theshrimp fried rice I order tasted like white rice with 5 shrimp on top of it. Going to have to pass on this one in the future. I ordered multiple dishes including vegetable lo mein, opened it at home and... found out I was given plain. Just noodles. I ordered that specifically for my daughter who doesn't like eating the chickendishes my wife and I get but loves vegetables. Now I am having to cook something else for her to eat defeating the wholepurpose of take out. The Hawaiian chicken shows on their website with pineapple and peppers, get home and it's just saucedchicken over rice. No pineapple, no peppers. Additionally the order was not ready for me when I got there. I placed the orderonline, said it would be ready by 5:45PM. I got to the restaurant at 5:51PM. They hadn't even started to make my order. Finally a place in town where you can get bourbon chicken (without having to go to a mall)! It's delicious, always hot, and the... prices are reasonable (I get noodles and rice). To top it all off, you get great customer service. I come here atleast once aweek, it is that good. Read more
I’ve ordered the same entree from here three times and each time tastes different/progressively worse. This first time was... good, General Tso chicken and crab Rangoon. The next time the general tsos wasn’t as great, but I got an overpriced side ofvegetables that was decent. This last time, the chicken tasted and looked very old and rubbery and the Rangoon literally justtasted like curdled cream cheese.
