Ordered a 5 dollar bag meal... burger was not great but edible the soda (dr.pepper) was gross there was only enough soda syrup... in it to turn the water brown and make it taste terrible. Not the first time I have gotten bad food from here but will be thelast. Read more
On Friday June 17th around 6 PM I went to pick up an online order for someone. My shoe was stuck to the floor in the lobby. ... The 2 ladies that were in the front were sitting in a booth with their cell phones and laptops plugged up in the front of therestaurant. They weren't friendly and ignored me when I entered the restaurant. I basically had to keep asking for the orderbefore one of them responded. As I waited for the order I noticed the bin that the cook was placing the food in after it wasprepared was dirty too. This place needs to be shut down everything in there looked dirty. ???? Read more
I had issues completing my transaction from the app after downloading it. Therefore, I decided to walk into Hardee's to inquire... about the app situation and the free chicken sandwich offer. The representative did not know what to do. Unfortunately, theclerk didn't have answers or interest in assisting. I displayed the coupon offer but to no avail. I was unable to get the freesandwich. I was second in line in drive-thru, i waited for 7 min after i ordered to get my food, she took my money no good day hello... nothing, then practically threw my food at me, handing me my bag and drink all at once , still ignoring me closed the window andgot bk on the headset, talk about FAST food. I am so GLAD this location is open for "dine in" again!!!???????????? I have really missed my HARDEES breakfasts. I love the... sausage and egg biscuits and the sweet tea I also enjoy just sitting here sipping my tea and "people watching". It's like a"time out" from the daily routine. Read more
Got in drive through..At 10:27 ordered 10:29 pd. ..got to pick up window, got drink, and was told to pull up to line..will be... right out..at 10: WAS STILL AT LINE. Went in, guy came around , asked guy next to me what he needed..said he been standing thetefor 10 mins..Then employee ( VERY helpful) ask me and gave him my rec..HE said i will take care of you 2 right now..So 5 or somins later we were both good..Other employess up front standing there just didnt care..So about 20 mins from time i pulled in toget drink then 30 more..NEVER AGAIN..NO EXCUSE FOR SERVICE LIKE THAT..**Except for guy that did care that came around*** Read more
